The main HubSpot connector grants broad scopes covering Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub data. The Service Hub-specific connector uses a narrower OAuth scope set focused on tickets, conversations, and customer feedback — ideal if you want to limit Ana's access to support data only.

Can Ana create or update tickets?

By default the connector is read-only. Admins can grant write scopes during OAuth setup if you want Ana to create tickets, update statuses, or post to conversations. Most teams start read-only and expand write access deliberately.

Are CSAT and NPS surveys included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ana can read all customer feedback collected through HubSpot Service Hub — CSAT, CES, NPS — including individual response data and aggregated scores. These can be joined with warehouse account data for cohort analysis.

How is conversation history accessed?

Ana reads full conversation threads across email, chat, and form channels. Conversations are unified in HubSpot's inbox model, and Ana can filter by channel, agent, customer, or date range for targeted analysis.

How are tokens secured?

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest in TextQL's credential vault. When Ana makes a HubSpot API request, tokens are injected at the network boundary by our egress proxy. Ana's Python sandbox never sees raw credentials.
